How to video tape your computer screen on mac?

The question pretty much explains it. I need to record my computer screen for free, put it on youtube, for the mac. Any programs? Remember… FOR FREE

If you are on Snow Leopard (10.6) OR you have Quicktime X installed you can already. Go to Applications and double click Quicktime. Then simply go to "File" -> "New Screen Recording".
