What is a good, free screen recording program for macs?

What is a good FREE screen recording software for macs that I can use? I don’t mind if it says "captured with xxx"…I just would like it to be free. I have already tried Snapz Pro X, and I don’t like it.

Uh oh, did I do something wrong? I can’t find it in the list of questions.

People told me IShowU and ScreenFlow are not bad.
