What is the best screen recording program for a computer and i mean quality wise.?

Ive tried hypercam but it didnt work the sound came out bad i want one with good sound and good picture

Try PCHand Screen Recorder, it could record any activities on the screen and the audio whatever you hear. what’s more, it could record any audio and keep synchronous with video.
Im using it, i think it is pretty good. hope it could help u.

personally i would say Camtasia is the best screen recording program you can get. There is a free trial version available but you can also purchase it and have all of the features.
