Recording Computer Screen And Zooming In?

What free programme can I download to record the screen AND am able to zoom in on certain parts?
NOT Hypercam please.

For a free one, I would suggest TipCam. A small and smart screen recorder. If you would like make software tutorials, I think screen recorder like DemoCreator is great.
