How do i get a crisp recording of my computer screen?

I’m looking for something free, i think its called like a screencam or something

go on to a website i think it is screencam and download the 9000 ver dat is wat my friend did

If you want a still photo-type thing, just press the "Print Scrn" button at the top where the F1, F2, etc. buttons are. Then go to Microsoft Paint, from the "Start" button, and go to Edit. Press "Paste," and presto, a screen shot.

Press Prt.Sc. on a computer and Fn+Prt.Sc on a laptop.
Open Paint and paste it, save it.
