Computer Screen Recording?

I need something to record not only what is on my screen and the sounds it is making but also my recorded voice. Any ideas?
I should have elaborated – Something free?

I think Total Screen Recorder is quite good. High quality and easy to use. Also, it is compatible with Windows XP and Vista.
I use it to make educational video podcast and my own online video for years.
